Stephen Sondheim has one of the 20th century's great theatrical imaginations, a composer and lyricist who has reinvented the musical several times over. Aria Co. explores Sondheim's influences and creative genius.

Playfully blending a range of musical styles, the concert showcases songs by 20th Century American luminaries like Leonard Bernstein, Samuel Barber, George Gershwin, Charles Ives, Igor Stravinsky (a US resident from the 1940s) and, of course, Stephen Sondheim himself
